Refund policy

At Glownua, we are committed to providing our customers with quality beauty products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, the following policy applies.

No Returns or Refunds

All beauty and skincare products are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The product is unused and unopened.
The product remains in its original packaging.
The packaging and product are undamaged and in resalable condition.
All original labels, seals and accessories are still intact.
Proof of purchase/order confirmation can be provided.
The product is returned to Glownua within the applicable 7-day period.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange

Glownua reserves the right to decline an exchange if the product has been:

Opened, used or tested.
Damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
Returned without its original packaging or seals.
Returned after the 7-day exchange period.
Altered or tampered with in any way.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can assess the issue and assist you.

How to Request an Exchange

Your email should include:

Full name
Order number
Reason for the exchange
Photos of the product and packaging
Your preferred replacement product, where applicable

Please do not send any product back before receiving instructions from Glownua.

Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Glownua. Once the product has been inspected and the exchange approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the replacement.
